If you are a broker or agent subscriber to WFR's multiple listing service, a participant in WFR's Internet Data Exchange (IDX), and would like to access and display listings from WFR's IDX database using a third party vendor, you must complete the requirements set forth on the Broker/Registration Page.

If you are a broker subscriber to WFR's multiple listing service, and would like to access and display your broker listings from WFR's database using a third party vendor, for the purpose of operating a website, display in print media, or for use in back office software, you must complete the requirements set forth on the Broker/Registration Page.

If you are a vendor engaged by a broker or agent, who is a subscriber to WFR's multiple listing service and a participant in WFR's Internet Data Exchange (IDX), to develop and operate a website for such broker or agent to access and display listings from WFR's IDX database, for such broker or agent, you must complete the requirements set forth on the Vendor Registration Page. Access and display of listings from WFR's IDX database may be through web services (XML) or file transfer protocol (FTP).

If you are a vendor engaged by a broker, who is a subscriber to WFR's multiple listing service, to develop and operate a website, print media, or back office software which displays broker's listings from WFR's database, you must complete the requirements set forth on the Vendor Registration Page.
